The RTT Access team support the Trust to monitor, report and performance manage the Referral to Treatment (RTT) 18-week target.
Referral to Treatment performance must be achieved and managed across the Trust for all specialities and patients in line with the NHS Constitution.
The Pathway Support team support the Trust in the outsourcing of patients to external providers to minimise patient waiting times.
An exciting new post has arisen for a RTT Patient Pathway Tracker to join the RTT Access and Pathway Support Team.
This is a full-time position 37.5hrs working Monday to Friday.

The post holder will have extensive knowledge of referral to treatment (RTT), cancer and diagnostic standards and waiting time standards.
The post holder will be able to confidently analyse data, ensuring data accuracy is maintained.
The ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure whilst meeting organisational objectives.
Work collaboratively with other service users to ensure best patient care is ultimately achieved and patients are progress through their pathway, ensure delays are minimised.

The post holder will be responsible for providing day to day administrative services, supporting performance delivery, and waiting list management.
The post holder will manage and track closely patients on an elective care pathway to ensure their pathway is progressed, they will be responsible for maintaining accurate data recorded against the patient pathway.
Following internal escalation processes to ensure patients are followed up in a timely manner to minimise pathway delays and potential breaches.
This post involves working closely with speciality service managers, admissions, outpatients, external providers, patients, and other Trust staff as appropriate, you will need a flexible professional approach, excellent organisational and time management skills together with an excellent standard of verbal and written communication.
