WHAT YOU WILL DO
The key responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:
* Ensure best standard of service is provided to members and clients in the organisation and delivery of private events in the club.
* Work closely with the operations team in the club to bring events to life.
* Preparing all relevant event documentation including contracts, function sheets, floor plans, table plans, place cards, menus etc
* To maintain accurate, up to date reports and information.
* Act as ambassador for the club and consistently achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring effective liaison with the member/client to create accurate and complete proposal documents to ensure the club team delivers the event as per the clients request
* Exhibit a positive attitude and build trust with clients, ensuring commitments are met and expectations are exceeded by understanding their needs and priorities.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Proven experience working in private events and in a luxury / lifestyle multi-outlet food and beverage operation.
* Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends, due to the operational hours of the club.
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and members.
* Excellent interpersonal, networking, time management and organisational skills.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
