This role will require a candidate who has an exceptional telephone manner and enjoys problem-solving while being the first point of contact for all office inquiries.
You will be working in a very varied role which will keep you busy throughout the day!
Are you a people person who always lends a helping hand when necessary? Do you have experience in front of house and administration? This role would be perfect for you.
This role will begin on a contract basis, so only apply if you are able to commit to a contract.
Duties include:
* First point of contact
* Keeping the office and front of house area tidy at all times
* Dealing with postal duties
* Taking care of the central inbox
* Organising meetings and lunch for staff members
* Dealing with office deliveries
* Coordinating staff holidays and lunch rota
