To coordinate the effective hire of equipment specifically for our events only clients e.g.Festivals/Race days/Weddings and VIP client events. The purpose of this role is to add an extra layer of customer satisfaction to the overall customer base. This role is the face of the company's events department and as such great customer service and an outgoing, bubbly, positive personality is vital as well as supreme attention to detail. Answering the phone Quoting for events equipment hire Following up on quotes To keep abreast of potential new business opportunities and appropriately explore them Request invoicing to be raised internally for your clients Issuing clients with invoices-following through to payment and then delivery and beyond Emailing new clients/prospective clients to draw interest and generate further hires Overseeing the hire for around 10 events at any one time Contract checks Visit clients to ensure things are going smoothly-relationship build Pre-empt any potential issues and resolve ahead for a smooth service Follow up phone call after deliveries Courtesy calls to follow up after events Outbound sales calls
