PURPOSE OF JOB:
This is the opportunity to join a hardworking dynamic team within the ever-expanding successful Bytes family. This role sits within our wider commercial operations & alliances team, who have an excellent team morale and support structure in place.
The focus of the role is to be proactively manage and maximise our Tier 2 vendor business and relationships. It will also offer exposure to our Tier 1 strategic vendors, as you’ll support the scale of the strategic vendor business managers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Proactive renewal management including identification of upsell opportunity within defined Tier 2 Strategic vendors
* Focus on customer retention and margin protection by continually offering training to our sales teams
* Undertake and review win / loss analysis data
* Maintain our vendor status and accreditation matrix for Strategic vendors
* Ownership and tracking of deal registration for Tier 2 vendors to ensure margins are maximised
* Reconciliation & sanitisation of vendor rebates
* Support the scale of Tier 1 Strategic vendor renewals. In collaboration with the vendor business manager, ensure the run rate renewals are managed effectively.
* Product Management - categorising Tier 2 vendor taxonomy
* Organise diaries for vendor days, training and call out days
* Take responsibility and maintain our internal SharePoint & Portal vendor pages
* Efficiently categorise associated vendors for Taxonomy
* Ensure pipeline of new deals are maximised
* Monitor adherence to minimum margins and maximised protected discounts
* Rebate sanitisation
* Build effective peer to peer relationships with our key vendors & suppliers
* Fully understand and be able to articulate the various partner programs & rebate structures
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Educational Qualifications:
Minimum GCSEs (A-C) English & Mathematics - ESSENTIAL
Years of Experience
2-3 Years in a similar customer service role - DESIRABLE
Other Requirements
Good understanding of IT (specifically software) and Business IT challenges - ESSENTIAL
Interest in furthering a career in Commercial Operations/Sales - DESIRABLE
A proven track record of excellent customer service - ESSENTIAL
Good level of excel skills - ESSENTIAL
