Job summary The post holder will provide clerical support for school health within the Child Health department. The post holder will be based at Ty Derwydd, Llangefni Child Health Sector Office. Main duties of the job Inputting patient data on Child Health computer system. Updating and maintaining Child Health records. Arranging the transfer of records for children moving in and out of schools. Liaising with School Nurses to help deliver an effective and efficient service. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
