This role offers the chance to work across a dynamic mix of projects—retail, hospitality, housing, and corporate/commercial developments—where you’ll be a key player in ensuring CDM compliance and promoting top-tier health and safety standards. You’ll be collaborating closely with clients, designers, and contractors to bring safety to the forefront of each project. An understanding of the Building Regulations Principal Designer role would be a great asset for this role. The ideal person will be located Milton Keynes/Northampton, but we are also open to nearby locations if you are willing to travel.
