Forrest Recruitment LTD are currently working in partnership with an award-winning manufacturing organisation, who are seeking to recruit a permanent Sales Support Administrator to join them, to work as part of a team.
This role is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales support skills in a fast moving and dynamic setting!
Role responsibilities:
1. Processing all customer sales orders onto SAGE
2. Processing customer returns
3. Generating quotes for customers
4. Answering inbound calls
5. Responding to customer queries via email and telephone
6. Making outbound calls to existing client base
7. Listing orders onto ticketing system
Skills required:
The ideal candidate will be someone with previous administrative & sales support experience, someone who can prioritize their workload and has excellent attention to detail.
