Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: North West England, Cheshire, Poynton
Job Type: Contract, Full-Time hours

Salary: £85 - £95 Per day
Job Duties:
* Supporting teachers in delivering educational programmes
* Assisting with classroom management
* Working with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts
* Supervising students during activities and break times
* Helping to create educational materials and resources
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Relevant experience working with children or young people
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
Experience:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant (preferred)
* Experience working in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child development and learning processes
* Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with teaching staff
* Basic IT skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* First Aid certification
* Specialist training in supporting students with additional needs
Working Conditions:
* Working hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
* Classroom-based role with occasional outdoor activities
* Possibility of supporting students with varying abilities and needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
