This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced trainer to join our dynamic training team. We are passionate about our people and provide leadership and management and wider learning and development opportunities for employees throughout our Trust.
This permanent position will lead training projects and involve designing and delivering complex training.
In this role, you will inspire employees at all levels through the delivery of highly engaging content, presented through different methods. You will be innovative when creating and translating immersive learning - both remotely and face-to-face.
You will have a strategic approach to all solutions, connecting learning opportunities and leadership and management development to other priorities across the Trust. You will be a supportive and dedicated mentor to support the professional development of our leaders.
The role is challenging and fast-paced, which will require you to be agile and energetic, but the work is very rewarding.

Person Specification
Knowledge
* Significant up-to-date knowledge of leadership and management and learning development training delivery, HR, change and talent management approaches and improvement techniques and methodologies.
* In-depth understanding and implementation of organisational change and development processes.
* Knowledge of project management approaches and techniques.
* Broad knowledge of HR processes such as appraisal, sickness absence, and capability and performance management.
* IT literate with good knowledge of IT packages (Microsoft Office).
* Good understanding of NHS initiatives.
* Service improvement and lean concepts and models.
* Knowledge of psychometric and other assessment tools to aid personal and professional development.
Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
* Level 5 or equivalent management qualification or relevant experience.
* Training, Teaching, or Facilitation qualification or equivalent experience.
* Evidence of recent Continuing Professional Development.
* Coaching qualification or relevant experience.
Experience
* Significant experience of developing, planning, organising, and delivering training programmes.
* Significant experience of designing, planning, developing, and delivering change management and a broad range of HR people management and soft skills training courses using high-level communication and presentation skills.
* Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
* To be innovative, with the ability to 'think differently' and challenge current behaviours and mindsets.
* Experience of leading and managing a wide range of training courses.
