As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be the first line of support for our customers. You will triage enquiries from our wholesale customers, our retail galleries and support our field based sales team with administrative tasks.
First impressions are invaluable, so confident and courteous communication is essential. You will be supported by our more senior Sales Support Administrator and the wider sales team.
You must be highly organised, and a fast learner. We use Microsoft Dynamics NAV as our primary order processing system within wholesale side of the business, any prior experience with this system is desirable but not essential.
We are looking for someone to comprehensively handle customer enquiries, with good attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exemplary service. We heavily rely on repeat custom, so ensuring our customers have the best possible experience is of the utmost importance to us.
You will primarily be manning the phones, handling enquiries, processing orders on NAV, other ad hoc administrative requests to support the sales team.
This role is 40 hours per week, office based in Bletchley MK1.
