About the Team The Director of Field Marketing UK&I will join a dynamic and collaborative marketing team at Nutanix, focused on driving growth and brand recognition across the UK and Ireland. The team is dedicated to developing and executing innovative marketing strategies tailored to local market needs, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results-oriented performance. Their mission is to effectively engage with customers and partners, generate demand, and enhance Nutanix's position as a leader in cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies. You will report to the Vice President of Marketing EMEA, who is known for their empowering and inclusive leadership style that encourages team members to take initiative and collaborate freely. This role requires travel within the UK&I region to attend field marketing events and engage with key stakeholders. The travel is essential for establishing and maintaining valuable relationships and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives in the region. Your Role Develop and implement the UK&I marketing strategy and quarterly plans in collaboration with sales leaders and partners. Create and prioritize an events plan for the region, ensuring participation in relevant industry events. Align global marketing programs to meet regional needs, tailoring execution for local market effectiveness. Manage field marketing execution, including demand generation activities and lead tracking to support sales efforts. Analyze performance metrics to identify improvements in marketing activities and measure sales funnel effectiveness. Oversee the UK&I marketing budget and headcount planning, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Act as the primary liaison for all marketing activities in the UK&I, coordinating with PR/AR, digital, and corporate events teams. Build brand recognition in the UK&I market, leveraging resources and success from HQ initiatives. What You Will Bring 10-15 years of field and channel marketing experience in the UK&I tech industry. Strong understanding of demand generation and integrated marketing strategies. Experience in executing and localizing global marketing campaigns. Proficient in Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools. Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information clearly. Solid project management skills in a fast-paced environment. B.A./B.S. degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience in recruiting and managing high-performing teams. Work Arrangement: Hybrid This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require different in-office presence.
