Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Registered Manager to lead our supported living service in the Sidmouth area. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs and mental health.

This supported living service provides care and support to adults with high, complex needs and mental health. Our aim is to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage and lead a team of care staff
* To develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being
* To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work)
* Experience in managing teams and leading services
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
