Thinking Ahead is a user led mental health service that is part of The Big Life Group, that has developed considerable expertise
in the field of primary care mental health. The service currently delivers a range of services including self help support
groups, CBT services, counselling and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The charity is funded by various NHS Trusts and works across
the North West with a head office based in Manchester.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As an Administrator within our NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Talking Therapies service, you will play an important role in
ensuring the seamless operation of our mental health service. Your dedication and organisational skills will be at the heart of
maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our service. The post holders will work alongside a team of administrators,
psychological wellbeing practitioners, and counsellors across a multi-agency pathway.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
* You will be a skilled, person-centred individual.
* You will be highly motivated with the ability to organise and prioritise your own workload.
* You will have the ability to multitask.
* You will have a high level of computer literacy.
* You will have experience of dealing with and managing difficult calls which may be from callers who are distressed, upset or in
crisis.

What we will offer you in return
* An annual salary of £24,790 (NJC scale, point 5)
* A permanent, full-time contract (37.5 hours per week)
* Based at Lock 50 Business Centre, Oldham Road, Rochdale, OL16 5RD (Travel to other sites may be necessary)
* 25 days holiday, and 30 once you've been here five years
