Private Client Paralegal
£25,000 - £35,000 / St Albans Hybrid / Permanent
My client, a top law firm in the Hertfordshire area, is currently on the hunt to hire a Private Client Paralegal/Secretary to join their rapidly growing team and business.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar support role and will have experience progressing client files and providing secretarial and admin support to the wider department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Progressing client files under team leadership's instruction and support with the drafting of Wills.
2. Answer telephone queries on behalf of the team and greet any walk-in clients.
3. Undergo audio-typing duties on behalf of fee earners within the team.
4. Maintaining allocated cases to a certain standard, making sure everything is kept up to date.
5. General administration for the team.
Essential Skills
1. Previous secretarial/assistant/paralegal experience is a must.
2. Experience progressing client files.
3. Private client experience is essential.
4. Highly organised.
5. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
6. High level of professionalism.
Package
1. £25,000 - £35,000.
2. St Albans, Hertfordshire.
3. Hybrid working after probation.
4. Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:15pm.
5. 25 days holiday plus bank holiday.
