ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a superb, diverse, and exciting opportunity for a Health and Safety professional to join a growing contractor on rail, heavy civil engineering, and infrastructure projects. You will be working on a 5-year HS2 project in Banbury where you will be working on 7 bridges and culverts. You will be working with some of the most respected Main Contractors within the industry, the project values will range from £1M – £30M. The types of works will range from steel fabrications, RC works, groundworks, shafts, and piling. You will also be working on a major project in Milton Keynes which is at least 2 years work and will be a deep drainage and groundworks package creating some new roads.
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role I’m looking for someone who’s worked on heavy Civil Engineering projects as a Health and Safety advisor for a main contractor or specialist sub-contractor, based in the UK. Ideally, you would have had exposure to steel fabrications, RC works, groundworks, earthworks, and piling. Finally, I’m looking for someone with good stability on their CV, ideally around 3 years per company.
