Join the team As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Engineering team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the success of an assigned technical product—Kwalee’s suite of powerful tools designed to give our development and marketing teams a competitive edge. You will work closely with technical producers, engineers, analysts, UX designers, and QA testers. Together, you will drive innovation, enhance functionality, and ensure our products deliver maximum commercial success. This is a permanent role based in our Leamington Spa studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation. Responsibilities Develop the vision and strategy for an assigned technical product. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle by creating and maintaining the product roadmap. Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure feature development is prioritised efficiently. Manage and prioritise the workload of the development team, ensuring smooth execution. Gain a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the product for informed decision-making. Communicate product updates and milestones to stakeholders and users. Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decisions. Conduct market research and analyse competitive products to identify opportunities for improvement. Reduce costs and increase revenue to maximise profitability. Requirements Proven experience in technical product management or a similar role. Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle management. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers and designers. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. A strategic mindset with a keen focus on product innovation and commercial success. Based in our Leamington Spa office with 5 days per week on-site. Why Kwalee?
