Job Role and Responsibilites:
* Provide full customer services performances to all clients, agents, FD's and internal complaints and/or queries, ensurig you respond and resolve complaints and/or queries in the agreed timing and with empathy
* To ensure all communication is clear and concise and ensure you stick to any agree deadlines with regard to sending updates
* Answering any phone queries
* Process plans using database, liasing with various parties and producing member documents
* Keeping database up to date with any changes
Education:
* GCSE's minimum 5 A-C's
Experience:
* Must have experience within administration and/or customer service (1 year is desirable)
* Must have Software experience using Microsoft Office
