About the Role and Main Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive at Goldman Group, you will be responsible for passionately presenting and selling an exquisite range of diamonds, jewellery, and timepieces.
Your role is to create memorable experiences for each and every customer - helping them find the perfect piece for lifes special moments.
You will develop a deep understanding of our products and their unique qualities, fostering appreciation and trust among our clientele. Additionally, you will be responsible for purchasing gold and other precious items over the counter. While prior knowledge in this area is advantageous, full training will be provided for those eager to learn.
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires dedication, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning. You will be expected to take ownership of your performance and contribute to the ongoing success of the team.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Sales Executive who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, with a warm, approachable, and professional manner.
You will be someone who values teamwork, integrity, and outstanding service. Strong communication and listening skills are essential, as is a natural enthusiasm for helping customers find meaningful pieces that elevate their special moments.
Experience in visual merchandising is beneficial, but not essential - we provide training for the right candidate. Whats most important is a keen eye for detail, a genuine appreciation for quality, and a desire to turn the ordinary into the extraordinary.

7. Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
8. Previous experience in retail sales, jewellery, or luxury goods is desirable but not essential
9. Willingness to undertake training in gold and precious item purchasing
10. Willingness to cover in our other branches as & when required.
