You will have clear and concise communication, organisation, and prioritisation skills as well as experience of coordinating escalations within a fast-paced environment working with several different technologies.
You will need to have an understanding and professional experience of working with either next generation firewalls, SASE products and vulnerability management tooling in a complex enterprise environment together with experience in using ITSM Platforms.
Finally, you will need the ability to collaborate and communicate with both IT and business-facing colleagues and the desire to contribute to a highly technical team and be prepared to learn, develop yourself and others around you.
