Description
* Manage a portfolio of private clients, ensuring their tax affairs are effectively handled.
* Lead and mentor a team of tax associates, providing guidance and support.
* Lead with tax advisory work and ad-hoc projects.
* Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
* Contribute to the growth of the tax department through business development activities.
* Work closely with other departments to provide integrated services to clients.
* Prepare and review tax returns and provide advice on tax planning.
* Manage and resolve complex tax issues.
Profile
A successful 'Private Client Tax Senior Manager' should have:
* A professional qualification in tax or a related field (CTA highly desirable).
* Experience managing a portfolio of private clients.
