Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Administrator / Accounts Clerk with a financial background to join our clients small but dynamic team. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, efficiently manage financial records, and provide administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Manage service charge accounts and financial records. Administer Residential Management Company filings, share certificates, and compliance with Companies House. Process and correctly input purchase orders with attention to detail. Review and categorize invoices appropriately. Handle supplier management, including cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance services. Assist with building maintenance, repairs, and surveys. Manage property sales, transfers, and insurance documentation. Ensure health and safety compliance. Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries professionally. Requirements Essential: Strong experience in finance or accounts administration. Knowledge of budgets and financial transactions. Experience using Sage 50 or similar accounting software. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in financial tools. Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and take initiative. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone. Preferred: Previous experience in property or estate management administration. Understanding of service charge accounts and company administration.
