RPA Developer - Healthtech (Hybrid, London - 3 days a week in office)

What You'll Be Doing
* Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions that streamline NHS processes.
* Monitor and debug failed registrations, identifying and resolving root causes.
* Optimize and maintain automation workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
* Collaborate with teams to enhance bot management and deployment.
* Identify and implement new automation opportunities, helping scale operations across GP surgeries.
Who You Are
We're open to both experienced RPA developers and junior automation professionals looking to grow their careers. Ideal candidates may have:
* A STEM background or experience with VBA, macros, or QA.
* Passion for automation with knowledge of Power Automate, UiPath, Blue Prism, or similar tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills to debug and improve RPA workflows.
* Interest in working at scale in a fast-paced environment.
* A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork, transparency, and feedback.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £60k-£70k for junior developers, £80k-£90k for experienced professionals with Power Automate or RPA expertise.
