The main role of the post holder is one of proactive management of Primary Healthcare, supporting the Head of Healthcare to maintain the strategic direction and delivering the agreed contractual requirements and targets and managing within the financial framework.
The post includes responsibility for all aspects of HR and people management, leading, motivating and developing staff.
Maintaining service provision within the Trusts governance framework in delivering agreed standards of care and within a defined financial envelope.
To develop, restructure and align staffing capacity to meet service demand to deliver agreed waiting times.
