Job Title: Primary Tutor Salary: £25 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide high-quality tutoring to primary school students Develop tailored lesson plans based on students' needs and abilities Assess students' progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians Utilise a variety of teaching methods to engage students and enhance learning Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support students' academic growth Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience working with primary school students Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of primary school curriculum and assessment methods Ability to create engaging and effective learning environments Excellent organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education Experience with SEN (Special Educational Needs) students Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, typically outside of regular school hours.
