As Sales & Logistics Administrator you will be responsible for: Responding to customer/order enquiries via email and phone Booking and managing appointments with customers and design team Ecommerce sales order processing Order fulfilment Inventory management Supplier liaison - stock check, and purchase order chasing, delivery confirmations Any other relevant task associated with sales administration The successful candidate for the role of Sales & Logistics Administrator will: Have good written and verbal communication skills Be 'tech savvy' and able to pick up new technology Be process and task focused In return the Sales & Logistics Administrator will receive a basic salary in the region of £24-26,000 plus benefits.
