We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Digital Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of digital transformation projects across multiple regions, including the UK, Australia, and globally. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management, a solid understanding of digital and IT systems, and experience in the retail environment. Projects will include point-of-sale (POS) implementations, employee engagement through digital platforms, digital shelf pricing, marketing automation, CRM enhancements, and integration projects with different systems e.g. ecom platforms, crm, pay-roll, workday and the like. Key Responsibilities : Lead Digital Transformation Projects : Drive digital projects end-to-end, including POS implementations in multiple countries, digital shelf price tags in 400 stores, and blue-collar engagement platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful rollouts. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with teams in Finance, Logistics, IT/Digital, Marketing, Customer Service, and external consultants to define project requirements and ensure seamless integration of new solutions. Project Planning and Resource Management : Define project scopes, schedules, and budgets in alignment with business needs. Make adjustments as required to meet evolving project goals, and allocate resources effectively throughout project phases. Stakeholder Communication and Management Reporting : Act as the main point of contact for project updates, preparing regular status reports, and providing insights for Steering Committees. Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong communication to ensure alignment and support. Vendor and Partner Coordination : Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and consulting agencies, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to digital and Enterprise Architecture guidelines. Risk Management and Issue Resolution : Identify potential project risks, create mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track. Implement Agile Methodologies : experience with agile principles (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) for efficient project execution, promoting process excellence and fostering continuous improvement. Ensure Compliance and Best Practices : Ensure project deliverables meet compliance standards and best practices, particularly in international settings, across different business units, functions, and segments. Key Qualifications, Experience and Skills : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Digital Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in digital project management, with demonstrated success in similar roles. Strong knowledge of IT architecture, digital solutions, and integration patterns. Experience in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and project management frameworks; PRINCE2 or other relevant certifications preferred. Experience managing global, cross-functional teams across various time zones. Fluent in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
