A leading enterprise level security systems integrator are looking for a Revit Technician to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining Revit models, drawings, and other related documents. They will have a strong understanding of Revit software and be able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintaining Revit models, drawings, and other related documents.
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency of Revit models and drawings.
• Assist in the development of Revit standards and best practices.
• Troubleshooting any issues with Revit models.
• Providing technical support to other team members.
• Making basic updates to family objects.
• Producing D sheets, working with views, sheets, title blocks.
• Knowledge of BIM, Navisworks, Excel, DiRoots
• Understand scheduling and shared parameters.
• Experience with federated model coordination, clash detection.
• Auditing and coordinating design models for compliance with BIM execution plans.
• Updating drawing annotation (as built reference, revisions, statuses).
• Validation of redlines, presenting to clients.
• Bluebeam and using mark ups to aid in modelling.
• Knowledge of point cloud scans and the as built process.
• Work to timescales and project deadlines.
• Adhering to specific client protocols.
