About the Role - Are you a Senior Account Manager who wants to join them in making a difference? If so, we want to hear from you. You’ll be a trusted advisor to their clients, playing an important role in their success by building client relationships, driving strategic plans, tackling exciting projects and exceeding expectations. Qualifications - Degree in Life Sciences, Communications, or Marketing
Required Skills
* 3 years+ of strategic account management experience, particularly in healthcare communications
* A strong background in client relationship management and the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
* Proficiency in multichannel solutions (online and offline) and project management
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Proven track record of driving client satisfaction and managing complex accounts
* 1 year+ mentoring experience

* Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and challenges, ensuring our services align with their needs Strategic account management

* Collaborate with creative, content, strategy, and project management teams to provide innovative and impactful solutions to client briefs
* Ensure regular project debriefs are conducted to assess progress and improve client relationships
