Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging English and Maths lessons to Key Stage 3 students
* Provide individualised support to students in need of extra help
* Develop tailored learning materials and resources
* Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure student success
Minimum Requirements:
* A relevant teaching qualification
* Demonstrated experience in tutoring or teaching English and Maths
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Previous experience working with Key Stage 3 students
* Proven track record of improving student performance
* Strong understanding of the KS3 English and Maths curriculum
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Proficiency in using various teaching strategies and techniques
Additional Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and inspire students
* Additional certifications in Special Education or Literacy
* Experience in delivering outreach programmes
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time position with flexible hours
* Work primarily in a school or learners home
* Potential for remote tutoring sessions
