Project Manager opportunity working on a DfE project in Leeds, valued at £15m.
About the Role of Project Manager
This opportunity is with a renowned Tier 1 main contractor. You will be the lead role on this project, responsible from substructures through to interior and external fit-out to handover. You will manage a full site team, chair subcontractor meetings, provide progress reports, and oversee health & safety and quality.
Responsibilities for Project Manager
1. Manage substructures through to interior fit-out to handover.
2. Oversee a full site team.
3. Chair subcontractor meetings.
4. Provide progress reporting and oversee health & safety.
5. Ensure workmanship on site adheres to set standards.
Requirements for Project Manager
1. Proven track record as a Project Manager with demonstrable project delivery experience on DfE or related build developments.
2. Experience working with Tier 1 contractors.
3. Trade background or Degree in BSc Construction Management.
4. CSCS Black card.
5. NVQ Level 6 or 7.
6. Experience taking projects from ground-breaking to completion and handover to the client.
