We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, efficient, and organised individual to support the school’s Careers Team. Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with a vision for supporting young people towards meaningful futures? The RGS is seeking a Careers Administrator to support our Head of Futures in their role to develop our students’ career pathways and aspirations.
Responsible for assisting in the coordination of the work of our wider Careers Team, we are looking for an experienced professional who can:
* Support the Head of Futures to implement and resource a comprehensive Careers programme that empowers our students.
* Manage and maintain the Careers Platforms and related records.
* Collate and process data on student aspirations, activities and future choices.
* Promote opportunities and events for relevant students on the appropriate channels, including work experience.
* Send timely and accurate communications to parents regarding each stage in the Careers and Higher Education Programme.
* Arrange related events within the school for parents and students, including the recruitment of visiting speakers, as necessary.
Hours: 37 hours per week, term time only + 10 days, 8.30am – 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary: c. £27,000 pa (FTE); c. £22,000 pro rata for term time only + 10 days.
