We train you for skill, nurture you to grow and achieve your goals The Role: As the Group Revenue Manager, you will maximise revenue and profits for Barons Eden by strategically coordinating revenue management processes and procedures. The role is instrumental in leading the commercial, yield, and distribution strategy for both properties within the Barons Eden portfolio - Hoar Cross Hall and Eden Hall. Roles & Responsibilities: Review rates against pickup and rate yield for different booking requirements and periods - Rooms, days, twilight periods. Create new rate plans for any new promotional activity and ensure they are aligned with business needs. Ensure the lowest room type and best available rate (BAR) is available across all booking dates at Hoar Cross Hall. Assess any length of stay restrictions at Hoar Cross Hall to improve room availability and increase revenue. Analyse booking patterns and trends to improve forecasting accuracy and yielding. Refresh and analyse production reports to track the success of offers and promotions. Compare and analyse actual performance against forecasted performance and deliver results to the relevant departments and stakeholders. Complete and send weekly and interim forecast updates to Forecast Group. Compare spa occupancy against forecasts using updated Business on the Books (BOB) reports. Liaise with both the Marketing Team and OTA partners to monitor campaigns successfully. Develop price models for seasonal promotions and events to optimise revenue streams. Person Specification: Essential: Proven track record in Revenue Management at a senior level. Experience managing revenue for room bookings and food & beverage across multiple locations. Strong ability to report and analyse revenue gaps and performance data. Positive and proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Experience in the hospitality industry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Full clean UK Driving Licence. Desirable: Experience in managing Spa and Therapy revenues. Experience in leading and managing teams effectively.
