Maintaining our Homes: Plumber at Kingdom Group

Our Asset Operations Team works together to provide a high quality maintenance and repair service for the Kingdom Group.
To support this vital work, we’re recruiting for a Plumber. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to maintain homes within the Kingdom Group, supporting our vision of Great Homes, Services, People, and Communities.

The Role
As a Plumber, you’ll:
Work as part of the Asset Operations Team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
Carry out all required plumbing maintenance and repair work in our properties, offices and any other buildings.
Participate in the emergency on call rota.
You will provide routine and emergency repairs in our customers homes, change of tenancy repairs in void properties and other categories of repairs and minor works in our properties and staff bases.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
4 year apprenticeship (SCQF 7) + City and the Guilds for the Scottish and Northern Island Plumbers and Electrical Federation (SNIPEF)
The ability to carry out multiskilled work, including basic joinery work.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
