Job Description Summary
Raising invoices to both internal and external customers for engine overhaul and repair, piece part repair and working parties and associated sundry invoicing and billing duties.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Collating information from ERP system on costs of overhaul (of engine, parts, etc.)
2. Segregating costs into cost types for billing onto end customer
3. Understanding and interpreting the contract types to be able to determine the amount to invoice to the customer.
4. Data interrogation and connecting with operational activity to ensure correct cost liquidation and invoicing to end customer.
5. Issuing invoices to customers across various contractual obligations including pre induction, progress, initial and final invoices.
6. Working with other teams within the business to drive invoicing performance and improve cash generation.
7. Applying Lean principles such as standard work to identify and install continuous process improvement.
8. Performing daily, weekly, monthly duties across the team and processes on construction of reporting data and KPI.
Qualifications/Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with proven experience in Finance) or equivalent knowledge and experience
2. Advanced Excel Skills.
