Electrical Test and Inspection/installations Engineer Aberdeen

The role of Electrical Test and Inspection/installations Engineer will involve;
1. Carrying out Inspecting & Testing on customer’s electrical installations (EICR’s) including Emergency Lighting Testing, Fire Alarm Inspections, Mains Analysis, Thermal Imaging, and small remedial repairs as required.
2. Completing all relevant reports and certification associated with your inspection & testing our cloud-based certification software.
3. Ensuring all reports and certification are completed and summited on time.
4. Carrying out LED lighting replacements both in hours & out of hours and in line with the project schedule.
In return for your commitment and expertise, you will get:
5. A base salary of £39,000 - £40,950 with average earnings of circa £56,500 (base salary plus bonus, on call, overtime/weekends, and paid travel time)
6. Realistic earning potential excluding overtime on the weekends circa £46,207
7. Our bonus is uncapped

The ideal candidate for an Electrical Test and Inspection/installations Engineer at phs will have:
21. The flexibility to work 40 hours per week, including evening/ twilight shifts to support our customers’ requirements.
22. Travelling to sites across ROI and the flexibility to stop over when required.
23. A full UK Driving Licence, with 6 points or less.
24. SVQ level 3 or City & Guilds 2360/2330 part 1 & 2 qualification OR equivalent Level 3 NQV
25. City & Guilds 18th Edition qualification
26. City & Guilds 2391/2394 & 2395
27. AM2 or equivalent
28. IPAF 3a & 3b licence
29. A good level of IT literacy.
30. Experience working in an electrical testing environment
31. Experience with Electrical installation/project work – Specifically commercial lighting replacements
32. An understanding of UK Health and Safety Regulations within the workplace.
33. The successful candidate will need to meet the requirements of an enhanced DBS check.
