Job Title: Senior Cyber Security Service Specialist

Salary: Circa £60,000 Depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

\n
* Create, implement and maintain a skills & training academy across the EIT Cyber teams that will be used in conjunction with the company twice yearly PDRs and personal development reviews
\n
* Define and maintain tailored training profiles, by role, for the EIT Cyber teams which will assist employees to function effectively in their current and future positions
\n
* Define the skills evaluation framework development, implementation and alignment to training solutions in order to improve the knowledge & skills of employees to match the various changes in the industry
\n
* Manage allocation and distribution of licenses for Cyber skills development training platforms in accordance with business priorities as agreed with EIT Cyber team leads
\n

1. Prior background working in a cyber security function

2. Knowledge of analytical thinking with the ability to analyse and interpret data sets and articulate observations, conclusions and recommendations
