The role
The Value & Performance Management Lead ensures the definition and management of value and performance metrics, establishes processes, and executes measurement strategies that align with easyJet’s strategic objectives. This role creates a culture of continuous improvement through insights, data-driven decision making. The role collaborates among ITSO teams to ensure resources are optimised to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
What you need to do the role
> Several years of experience within an IT department with portfolio management related tasks.
> Experience the context of IT value and performance management frameworks, indicators, and supplier service level agreements.
> Experience in IT governance and leadership within a large or complex organisation.
> Strategy, planning & orchestration skills: strategic planning, service/ Platform/ Product lifecycle management, demand management and capacity planning.
> Proven stakeholder needs’ analysis and stakeholder communication and management skills.
> Experienced in managing and delivering through third-party suppliers, focusing on business outcomes and employee experience.
> Data-savvy: strong data analysis skills.
> Budgeting and financial management skills.
