Do you have a proven track record in setting appointments for a field-based business development team? Do you enjoy working in a growing business? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you.
We are a leading Leeds based security services company, looking to appoint a customer focused Telemarketer / Appointment Maker.
You will need to be determined and enthusiastic with a proven track record in achieving call and appointment targets. This position will ideally suit someone with at least 2-3 years’ experience in telesales and appointment setting. Working within the facilities management arena will be highly beneficial but not essential. You must enjoy a fast-paced continuous improvement environment and play your part in its development.
Key responsibilities
1. Making outbound telephone calls to prospective contacts, to secure appointments for our field-based teams.
2. Qualifying new leads and opportunities to build and grow our CRM database.
3. Logging calls, conversations and diarising call backs.
4. Building client relationships over the phone to understand their needs and service requirements.
5. Working as part of a team to maximise opportunities and assist with company growth.

The benefits:
1. Salary of £25,500 per annum.
2. Monthly commission. Estimated salary and bonus OTE of £30K.
3. PDP annual bonus.
4. 23 days holiday p/a and extra days after 5 years’ service (up to 28).
