We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to take on the role of Sales & Purchase Ledger Clerk in the south of Leeds! In this role you will have the opportunity to work as a part of a professional and experienced accounting team.
Day to day you will be expected to carry out the following roles:
1. Purchase Ledger
2. Sales Ledger
3. Credit Control duties
4. Administrative support to the accounting team
5. Assist with journals, VAT, and bank reconciliations
You will need the following to be considered:
1. Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
2. Great organisational skills
3. At least 1 year experience in Purchase Ledger / Sales Ledger and Credit Control
4. Payroll experience is an advantage
5. The ability to work individually as well as within a team
6. Excellent communication skills both inter-personally and over the phone
7. Strong attention to detail when inputting data
