ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a motivated Senior Cost Consultant (Infrastructure Specialist) to join our London-based team. The role requires a specific skill set to support our residential masterplan projects, such as Earls Court and Brent Cross. The ideal candidate should have experience in infrastructure related to utilities, roads, and rail, which is essential for supporting new masterplan developments. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Minimum 6 years experience working in the UK construction industry. Leadership of the day-to-day cost management services to our clients across chosen projects. Technically astute in providing cost management services (cost planning, procurement, and post-contract) MRICS preferred or another qualification in a relevant business discipline. An adaptable individual who can work within a team and autonomously Sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers of residential cost and value. Experience in developing and managing junior resources. Strong communication skills – able to communicate confidently with colleagues and clients. Keen attention to detail with an eye for quality and accuracy and an understanding of the importance of quality assurance. High standards of literacy and numeracy. Strong time management and prioritisation skills. Demonstrable passion for and understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry.
