The Opportunity
Are you ready to take the next step in your career by joining a dynamic and forward-thinking team? We are looking for a dedicated Surfacing Supervisor to oversee essential projects that ensure the smooth running of our operations.
This is a permanent, on-site role where you’ll play a critical part in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety, all while fostering collaboration and innovation.
As a Surfacing Supervisor, you’ll lead from the front, planning and directing your team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Your days will be varied, from managing resources and equipment to liaising with customers and ensuring that work is carried out in line with the highest quality standards.
You’ll oversee site operations, ensuring that every aspect of the project is executed safely, on time, and within quality specifications.
You’ll work closely with clients, ensuring their needs are met while continuously seeking ways to innovate and improve processes.
You’ll manage materials and equipment, making sure everything is in place for efficient production and cost-effectiveness.
You’ll ensure that all operations adhere to our stringent safety standards and that the team complies with company policies.
