Job Description
* Provide comprehensive support to the Property department
* Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
* Manage project timelines and deliverables
* Prepare reports and presentations
* Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
* Assist in the planning and execution of department events
* Perform administrative duties such as filing, typing, and copying documents
* Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
* Experience in the property sector
* Qualifications in Business Administration or a related field
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
* A proactive approach to problem-solving
* Experience in a team-oriented environment
