About the role
The role involves coaching team member to develop their sales skills and sales results. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
* Plan for target sales in your area
* Maintain communication and support with current accounts
* Identify and make contact with new accounts
* Provide on-the-job coaching for team members to develop their skills
* Fulfil administration duties relating to customer orders
We are looking for someone with strong core leadership behaviours who can lead, develop and motivate their team.
