Care Coordinator We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Supported Living care co Ordinator to oversee our supported living services. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and complex needs. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and maintaining excellent service standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of supported living services, ensuring high standards of care. Lead, support, and manage a team of support workers, providing supervision and training. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health & safety, and safeguarding policies and supported living best practices. Develop person-centred support plans that promote independence and well-being. Manage staff rotas, recruitment, and performance to ensure effective service delivery. Liaise with families, local authorities, and healthcare professionals. Monitor budgets, expenses, and funding for service sustainability. Conduct audits and implement improvements where needed. Previous experience in supported living or domiciliary care management. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work flexibly and handle emergency situations effectively. You will be responsible for: Maintaining the staff rota’s and ensuring they have schedules for 1 month ahead. Checking staff documents and ensuring all paperwork for each staff member are crossed checked and monthly audits are completed. You will be responsible for producing monthly client invoices and ensuring they are paid on time. Build professional relationships with local authorities whilst gaining business growth with their care packages and client’s assessment. You are required to monitor and report any changes in our client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals, including completing paperwork and gathering information to upload to online systems. You will work in a way that ensures you are adhering to the CQC standards and all legislation for our company policies and procedures are kept up to date. You will be required to cover some care calls within this role so that you are understanding all our client and staff needs are meet daily. You will be set up as part of the on-call rota to support staff in their absence. Desirable: Experience in managing services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health conditions. Knowledge of local authority funding and safeguarding procedures.
