The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events from start to finish. This includes handling logistics, vendor coordination, and ensuring all events run smoothly and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, organize, and execute meetings and events, both virtual and in-person
* Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives
* Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
* Oversee event logistics, including room setup, audiovisual requirements, catering, and transportation
* Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly
* Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting
