1st and 2nd Line IT Support and Key Skills required:
MS Applications, MS Office, O365, Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows 10/11, SQL Databases, SQL Queries & Reports, Intune, Apple iPhones - Upgrades and Transitions, DropBox, Setting up Users, Fault Finding, Technical Escalations, Password Security, Virtualisation (VMware) and Service Desk Software & Ticketing Systems.
Salary: £30,000pa to £35,000pa + Excellent Benefits and Hybrid Working
* Current Full Driver's License required
* Must be eligible for DBS Vetting
This established and well-known sporting organisation is seeking an enthusiastic and challenge-oriented IT Support Engineer with solid all-round IT experience including Service Desk / Helpdesk experience to enhance their IT Team.
You will be eloquent, polite, and energetic with highly professional customer-facing skills coupled with strong IT Support experience in Microsoft-based Infrastructure environments.
Additional training and ongoing support will be provided in this role; however, all applicants must be able to work and learn in an active business environment.
KEY SKILLS:
* MS Applications, Active Directory / Hybrid Environment, Group Policy
* O365 Administration and Windows 10/11
* Setting Up Users, Laptop builds, Inductions etc.
* Password Security, BitLocker
* iPhone Support / User Setup (Intune) and Dropbox
* Fault Finding and Technical Escalations
* SQL Databases, SQL Queries & Reports
* Service Desk Software & Ticketing Prioritisation / Escalations / Management
* Report Creation and Documentation (Policies & Procedures)
* Staff Leaver Process / Security / Handovers
* Asset Register
OTHER SKILLS (Highly Desirable):
* Virtualisation i.e., preferably VMware
* CMS / experience with WordPress
* SQL Database experiences
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
* Experience with IT Troubleshooting
* Experience in the application of logical problem-solving techniques
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
