We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Marketing Manager to join our Damia Group team based in Guildford.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically organizing national exhibitions. This role will effectively raise brand awareness and increase audience growth through innovative marketing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals.
* Team Management: Managing the core functions of the marketing team, overseeing the upkeep of working relationships with marketing and creative partners, and conducting market research to stay ahead of trends.
* Query Resolution: Responding promptly to queries from the marketing inbox and employing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
* Campaign Evaluation: Measuring and reporting on the success of marketing campaigns, identifying areas for improvement, and assessing performance against goals.
* Content Creation: Developing valuable marketing content, writing engaging literature, and delivering compelling presentations to support product launches and exhibition events.
* Talent Development: Overseeing and delegating tasks to Junior Graphics Designers, supporting the sales and service teams, and organizing marketing materials for the sales team.
* Agency Partnerships: Liaising with external marketing agencies to manage company websites, social media accounts, reviews, case studies, and ongoing campaigns.
Requirements:
* Marketing Experience: Proven experience or recent internship in the marketing industry is highly advantageous.
* Creative Vision: Ability to identify target audiences and devise effective marketing campaigns across various channels.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
* Technical Proficiency: Good understanding and experience working with MS Office, marketing software, Adobe programs, and online applications.
* Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently, with a good knowledge of market research strategies and databases.
* Motivation: Highly motivated individual with a willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changes.
