Battle Hybrid working The role Were looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and organised individual to be the first point of contact for our residents on our new development schemes. The Aftercare Liaison Manager will develop internal and external relationships communicating effectively across the organisation, to get things done in the best manner, whilst sharing best practices. Working within the Aftercare team, youll be supporting Development and Sales on assigned developments from handover through the defect liability period. Your principal responsibility will be providing excellent customer service whilst supporting our residents to rectify their defects. You will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills dealing with potentially challenging situations effectively to ensure the smooth and efficient closure of defects. Youll be based at our Watch Oak office in Battle and be expected to attend a fortnightly team meeting in Croydon, with the option for working in a hybrid way as agreed with your manager. What you'll have Knowledge of the development process, including construction and construction related defects Knowledge of construction contract law and rights and responsibilities, including knowledge of defects liabilities (desirable) Experience within a customer focused environment, with an understanding of customer needs and the drivers of customer satisfaction A full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle In your supporting statement, it is important that you address how you meet the above criteria providing examples.
