Overview:
Supply Desk are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a Secondary School based in the Portsmouth area on a long-term contract with the possibility of a permanent contract. The successful candidate will be teaching Maths to students in KS3 and KS4, working in a supportive department. The School will consider non-specialist Maths teachers for this role with experience teaching Maths in Secondary Schools.

The School is a mixed Secondary School based in Portsmouth for students aged from 11 to 16 years with around 1000 students in total. The School has a Good reputation and a supportive SLT that cares deeply for the School's values. The school also has free parking onsite.

Requirements:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
2. Degree in Mathematics or related field.
3. Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
6. Experience working with secondary school students is desirable but not essential.
